Biographical Notes:

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Gil has practiced law since 1977. He has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and Federal Court Mediator since 2005. Gil has had the privilege and pleasure of conducting mediations primarily in the Northeast Florida area and he welcomes the opportunity to provide alternative dispute resolution in a broad range of civil claims. He has mediated insurance and contract disputes and lawsuits involving personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of auto, premises liability, products liability and medical malpractice. He is also involved in pre-suit and post verdict mediations and settlement conferences.
