Biographical Notes:
Kevin accumulated 22 years of litigation experience in South Florida. Having been raised in the family construction business, Kevin focused his law practice in the areas of construction lien law, construction defects, contract disputes, debtor-creditor, and commercial litigation.
Since 2001, Kevin has devoted more of his practice to serving as a third party neutral and opened North Florida Mediation with offices in Live Oak and Lake City (Third Judicial Circuit). Kevin is also a panel mediator at the Jax Mediation Center in Jacksonville and frequently lectures for the Mediation Training Group.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $225.00 per hour, no administrative fee, no travel expenses unless beyond areas indicated
Payment: First two hours paid 7 days in advance of the mediation date with the balance due at the conclusion of the mediation
Cancellation Policy: None unless cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation date/time
