Biographical Notes:

Mr. Shoucair has been a mediator with Fraxedas Mediation Firm since 2003. He mediates a broad range of civil litigation matters. They include commercial, insurance, employment and personal injury. He also has training in accounting and financial issues that are assets to the parties when resolving commercial and business disputes.

Mr. Shoucair has significant experience in claims involving medical negligence, nursing home liability, personal injury and wrongful death. His litigation experience representing a broad range of clients gives him a unique perspective in assisting parties in the resolving their disputes.

Mr. Shoucair always focuses on the end result .... resolution. He recognizes that most all cases have an initial hurdle that needs to be cleared before the real mediation starts. He focuses on resolving key issues early in an effort to maximize the probability that the parties' collective efforts will lead to a resolution of the case.
