PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

Biographical Notes:

Phil Partridge has been a practicing attorney for 21 years, concentrating in personal injury, insurance defense and real property and probate litigation and is a member of the Florida Bar, Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Orange County Bar Association.  He has conducted trials throughout Central Florida and has several reported appeals. Orlando's Mayor appointed him to both the Certification Appeal Board for the City of Orlando and the Chapter 57 Review Board where he served as Vice-Chair.  He was a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for licensed adjusters in the State of Florida and has been a university level course instructor, guest lecturer and presenter at legal seminars.

From 1997 until 2005, Phil Partridge was Claim Litigation Counsel for State Farm where he primarily handled liability cases in Central Florida, while also handling various insurance issues, including coverage questions and policy interpretations.  He taught Liens, Tort Damages, Proposing A Settlement/Demanding the Limits and Common Discovery Issues for continuing education requirements for licensed adjusters.  He is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and advanced NITA.

Prior to State Farm, his practice consisted of plaintiff's personal injury, insurance defense, real property and probate litigation.

Since 2005, Phil has dedicated his practice to the resolution of disputes through ADR.  This year marks his seventh year as a mediator and an arbitrator.

Payment: Each party's attorney, if any, shall be responsible for timely delivery of each party's fees. The full amount of fees are due at the close of the mediation conference unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
