Biographical Notes:

Partner in Wendel, Chritton, Parks & DeBari, Chartered, from 1998 - 2000. Partner in Harbsmeier, DeZayas, Appel, Harden & DeBari, LLP, from 2004 - 2007. Partner in Kimsey & DeBari, P.A., from 2007 - 2012.  Currently Partner in Carroll & DeBari, P.L. 

Tom has concentrated his professional practice in the areas of personal injury, insurance law, products liability and workers' compensation. After participating as an advocate in hundreds of mediations, Tom began shifting his practice toward dispute resolution in 2004 and to date, has successfully mediated cases in a wide variety of legal disciplines. Tom also maintains an active civil practice in order to stay on the cutting edge of the legal issues he encounters as a mediator.

Rates: $290.00 per hour. No minimum charge. Discounts available for all day mediations. No file set-up fees. Administrative fee of $95.00 per party. There is a charge of $125.00 per hour for travel to any mediation destination outside of Polk County. However, travel charges are waived for mediations held at any Kimsey & DeBari, P.A. or Charlton Reporting office regardless of location. Mediations may be held at Central Florida Mediation Group's offices located at 4729 U.S. Hwy. 98 S., Lakeland or at the law office of Kimsey & DeBari, P.A., located at 4909 Southfork Drive, Lakeland.

Payment: All mediation fees shall be paid by the Employer/Carrier in workers' compensation claims. All mediation fees shall be paid as agreed upon by the parties in civil actions, or in the absence of any agreement, on an equal basis.

Cancellation Policy: No policy or penalty for cancellation. We only ask for as much notice as possible under the circumstances.
