Biographical Notes:
Winston Churchill has been a Florida Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator since August 8, 1997, and has been Certified as a Family Mediator since August 9, 2002. He has been certified in the Middle District of Florida Federal Court since May 19, 1998 and he is also on the Florida Department of Insurances list of approved property insurance claim mediators. Mr. Churchill has been practicing law for over 25 years, 18 of which have been in the Tampa Bay area. For the last 9 years, he has concentrated his practice in the area of Dispute Resolution/Mediation.
In Winston's law practice, he has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury litigation, property damage, products liability, workers compensation, insurance coverage disputes and other general civil matters. He has represented both Husbands and Wives in Family law matters. Winston's legal experience gives him a unique insight into each individual participant's role in the mediation/litigation process.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Reasonable hourly fee of $175.00 - no matter how many parties involved.
No charge for travel time for any mediation held in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee, unless canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time and then $100.00 charge.
