Biographical Notes:
Woody Isom has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury and wrongful death cases since 1975. He has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1983 and a National Board of Trial Advocates Civil Trial Advocate since 1986. His practice has included ADR since 1993. He is available to serve as mediator, arbitrator and special discovery magistrate.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $150/hr/party for 2-party mediations; $125/hr/party for 3-party mediations; see Rate Schedule and Information Sheet on www.woodyisom.com for more details
Payment: Each party's attorney, if any, shall be responsible for timely payment of his/her client's fees. The full amount of fees are due at the close of the mediation conference unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
