Mr. Rendzio is certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Construction Lawyer and has achieved an AV® Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, which is the highest peer review rating available for ethical and legal ability. He has an AVVO rating of 10/10. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® magazine beginning in 2010 for construction litigation and recognized in Jacksonville Magazine’s 904 Top Lawyers in Jacksonville for construction law. His representation has involved owners, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, insurance carriers and sureties in disputes involving insurance coverage issues, roof design, building envelope, water intrusion, general construction issues, mechanical equipment design and construction, EIFS-related issues, and design defects. His practice involves matters in various courts and before arbitration tribunals within Florida and throughout the United States. In addition to construction litigation experience, other areas of experience have included representing parties in aviation actions, as well as medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits.

Commercial/business litigation experience has included representing clients with complex contractual issues including insurance and securities matters. Class action litigation has involved representing clients in matters involving large, national corporations.

Mediation and arbitration experience has included insurance-coverage issues, real estate/title disputes, construction defect matters, bond/lien claims, business-litigation disputes, as well as personal injury actions. In addition to his experience as a litigator and ADR professional,

Mr. Rendzio has served as a Circuit Judge wherein his docket consisted of a Unified Family Court (dissolution, paternity, juvenile delinquency, dependency, Baker Act hearings, guardianships, Marchman Act hearings, injunctions and Risk Protection Orders)
