Biographical
Dale gained extensive jury trial experience as an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During his tenure with the State Attorney's Office, Dale was part of the Career Criminal Prosecution Unit, a Senior Trial Attorney, and a Felony Division Deputy Chief. Between 1993 and 2002, Dale's practice included the litigation of product liability; medical malpractice; long-term care; general liability; commercial; and administrative licensure actions. SInce 2002 Dale has mediated and arbitrated cases in addition to his ongoing litigation practice, Sisco-Law, located on Harbour Island in downtown Tampa.
Dale is an "AV" rated lawyer by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and a member of The Florida Bar. Sisco-Law is listed in the Bar Registry of Pre-Eminent Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Dale has been recognized as a Super Lawyer continuously since 2008. He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Florida Trend magazine recognized Dale as one of its "Legal Elite", and Tampa Magazine identified Dale as "Top Lawyer in Tampa Bay" in the category of product liability - defense. In March 2021, Tampa Magazine identified Dale as the "Top Lawyer in Tampa Bay" in the category of Mediation.
Since 2002 mediation and arbitration have been a significant part of Dale's practice. He has frequently spoken on alternative dispute resolution issues, and was one of the original contributors to the development of the Florida Mediation Best Practices Handbook now in its Third Edition.

Education
Dale received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of South Florida in 1981 and his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1985.
Memberships & Affiliations
Dale is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. He is on the approved list of mediators and arbitrators for Hillsborough County and The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Rates Information
Mediation services are provided at the base rate of $500.00 per hour (2 parties), to be divided equally between each party, unless you agree otherwise before or during the mediation. Graduated rates apply for mediations involving multiple parties.
Time will be charged for review of pre-mediation submissions, telephone or personal conferences, time spent in the mediation itself (two hours minimum), and any post-mediation services requested.
Written notice of cancellation of the Arbitration or Mediation must be received, by our office, via e-mail, U.S. Mail or Fax. If any Arbitration, of less than three (3) days, is cancelled within seven (7) days of the hearing, the cancellation fee is $1,000.00.
