Biographical
Clarity. Structure. Progress. Resolution. These four principles guide every mediation I conduct: because when the process is designed with intention, meaningful outcomes follow. I mediate through Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution, one of Florida’s most respected panels, bringing a business-minded, results-focused approach shaped by over 700 completed mediations (and counting). With deep experience mediating commercial, insurance, real estate, probate, and complex financial disputes, I help attorneys and their clients navigate conflict with calm, strategy, and momentum. My role isn’t to push toward a deal—it’s to structure the conversation so that resolution becomes possible. Using a professional-grade Zoom environment with high-definition video, studio-quality audio, and real-time on-screen overlays, I bring clarity and control to every session.
PHILOSOPHY
“Listening skills are key to a successful mediation. I have observed first-hand how those skills are a crucial element to forging a settlement in which both parties get what they need.“
