Biographical
The Resolution Engineerâ„
Clarity. Structure. Progress. Resolution.
I help parties resolve commercial disputes, first-party property claims, real estate conflicts, personal injury matters, partnership breakdowns, and employment issues. 750+ mediations. I know what it takes to get stuck cases to “yes.” I mediate through Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution, one of Florida’s most respected ADR panels.
I bring a restructuring attorney’s mind to the mediation table. Years navigating complex bankruptcies, receiverships, and business insolvencies taught me how to cut through noise, manage high-stakes emotions, and find the path forward when none seems to exist. That work gave me a deep understanding of a wide range of industries and how business and legal problems intersect. As a certified title agent, I bring that same depth to real estate disputes. Attorneys tell me they notice how quickly I get up to speed on a case. It shows up in how I handle tough rooms too. Clients describe me as someone who steers strong emotions into constructive outcomes and keeps negotiations going when both sides are ready to walk. I don’t push for a deal. I create the space, pace, and structure that allows the right outcome to emerge. I hold a Certified Cryptocurrency Tracing Examiner (CTCE) credential and led one of the first crypto asset turnover cases in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I speak on AI and dispute resolution at bar associations and national conferences, and I build tools attorneys actually use, like a Settlement Convergence Tracker and a Zoom Mediation Ready guide. My sessions run on HD video, studio-quality audio, and real-time overlays showing live agendas, offer tracking, and pacing cues. When I’m not mediating, I’m exploring new places with my family. Best way I know to recharge.
