Biographical
Jack L. Townsend, Sr. has been providing outstanding services for mediations and arbitrations throughout Florida since 1996. While acting as a neutral mediator or consulting on effective Alternative Dispute Resolutions presentations, Jack has shown he has the ability to further the process and bridge the gap to resolving claims and disputes. Jack has received the designation of a Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney--Civil Trial and uses his background in litigation to explore all avenues of dispute resolution.

Rates Information
Mediator Fee -- $450.00 per hour for video conferencing mediation/ $550.00 per hour for in-person conferencing mediations within the 11th Circuit. Flat rate travel fee $6,500.00 outside of the 11th Circuit for in person mediation. In-person mediations within the 11th Circuit will have additional travel and room charges per the confirmation rate sheet.
