Biographical
Lawrence Kolin is a full-time neutral conducting mediations since 2001 and arbitrating since 2005. He is an experienced civil trial lawyer who began his practice in 1994 and remains active in local and state Bar associations. He is an Executive Council Member Emeritus of The Florida Bar ADR Section. He chaired the effort to amend Florida Civil Procedure Rules to include electronically stored information (ESI) or more commonly E-Discovery and remains a proponent of using technology to advance the law, including Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). He is highly skilled in resolving lawsuits of all manner and complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts. He is available as a Special Master, E-Neutral or Private Judge and has served as a civil General Magistrate in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He is able to serve parties both in-person and online in mediations and arbitrations throughout the United States.
