Phil Stiles is an attorney, a member of The Florida Bar, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He is committed to helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and thoughtfully through alternative dispute resolution, providing a definitive outcome in place of the uncertainty inherent in jury trials.

Phil has conducted hundreds of mediations in a wide range of civil matters, including premises liability, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, homeowners and commercial insurance disputes, business and contract disputes, real estate matters, construction litigation and global settlement conferences. His experience allows him to manage both straightforward and complex cases with a practical, even-handed approach focused on resolution.

Prior to devoting his practice to mediation, Phil litigated on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. This balanced background enables him to understand case dynamics, evaluate risk realistically, and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the mediation process.
